Problems in the Community!!
The three events that we have study and that i think is important is the la roits,watts riots,and the gang history.I fill like these are the most important because i fill like if these three events never happen we would of had a good community.I think these three events is the biggest problems we have cause they are slowly killing r community.i fill like these three events should not have never happen cuz with out them we would have been at peace.What i mean by this is that we would have less killings,crimes,and people would get alone we would of been like one big happy family but i guess its too late,but tho it all i love my community because its like my second family.I think my community is not bad cause even tho it has some problems,u can also learn somethings 4rm my community as well & i mean things that can help u in life if you use them right.
The first event i will betalkin about is the la riots.i fill like the la riots is important because this was one of the biggest,deadliest,& damaged riots we had.This riot lead 53 people dead & thousands were injured.The la riots started because the acquittal of the police officers who beat Rodney King.I fill like they had a good reason 2 riot cause back then i felt like they didnt have equal rights & that lead 2 frustration,but i also fell like tha was wrong cause they didnt do nothin but destroy there own cmmunity.The la riots had a impact mainly on white people,police brutality,and equal rights.i feel like the a riot was the right thing 2 do but it shoud of been done better.
The second event i will be talking about is the watts riots.I feel likethe watts riots is improtant because it shows how us as a community can come 2gether 2 do the right thing well 4 the right reason.The watts riot left 34 people died,800 wounded it & 3000 arrests.The watts riot stared because beating of Marquette frye cause he was diving reckless.The watts riots lasted 4 three days.i feel like this is a good and bad thing,the good thing about this is that it shows how strong we can be if we can 2gether as a comminuty,the bad thing is that it makes us look like wild anmals that dont care abut r community.I feel like this was a good step as a community.
The last event i will be talkin about is the gang history.i feel like this is the worst thing tht every happen 2 our community cause this is what be killling our community daily.i feel like if there wasnt no gangs in the community there will be less killings & crimes.i think gangs is the most dumest thing in this world cause people loss there family,friends & even parents.I hate gangs cause gangbanging almost took my life at 14 but im too strong 4 that i knew i had 2 turn my life around.What i tryin 2 say is that its time 4 us as people 2 change & make the right chioce.
I fill like the la riots,watts riots,& gangs is the three important events because these three events how cost us many deaths & damages.i feel like if these events would of never happen we would be out peace.The reason i feel this way is cuase if we didnt have no gangs there would be less killngs,if we didnt have them riots the polices would probly still treat us like we are animals.i feel like the world would of be at peace & happy .i think in south central will get better in the future cuase i fill like every year we get better & better……….i love my community!!!!
